Character Profile: Senbei Norimaki

Senbei Norimaki is the creator of Arale, an innocent and energetic android. Although he shares a name with the anime, he is most often forgotten in the storyline of the anime in favor of Arale. He lives in Penguin Village and is known for his goofy personality, as well as being a pervert, which motivates most of his inventions. He adopts a child, which he named with Arale, called "Gadzilla or Gatchan", when what he believed to be a dinosaur egg hatches and the child, with wings, emerges. He later marries Arale's teacher, Midori Yamabuki, on accident and a year later has a child they named Turbo.
