well i am having trouble with the name of this one old school anime movie. the movie had to do with half human half cyborgs that are being hunted down by the government or something. the only vague thing that i can remember about the name was that it was like boogmen,bockmen. sorry about the vague details..... i would appreciate it greatly if you can give me the name of the anime...
