I think it's just a random anime picture. Sure it does kinda look like something from an anime and/or manga, but that can be said for A LOT of anime pictures out there. Plus Photobucket is notorious for having all sorts of anime pics; both guys and girls.

Hana is dark haired. But this backs my Takaya theory.

I've got an idea.

Edit: It failed. I'm outta ideas. Well, I say that, I COULD download every last Nastuki Takaya manga, flick through the pages and hope I see it, But some are really obscure, and I don't download manga anyway.

Number 2 is from Disney/Pixar's "The Incredibles."

And the way number 1 is drawn is reminisant of Fruits Basket... but I don't think it's any of their characters.

whatever it is, its horribly done cropping. It was done using MS paint, I can tell that much.
