Skip Beat. I'd watch the anime while reading the manga cuz the anime ends in a weird place. But it's a masterpeice!

Anime: Soul Eater, Tales of the Abyss: The Animation or Katekyo (trans: Home Tutor) Hitman Reborn

Manga: xxxHolic, Rosario+Vampire, Reborn (the title of the American manga version), Elemental Gelade and Sakura Taisen.

It depends on what you like really. If you normally watch shows that are funny, you should look into comedy anime/manga. That goes without being said, but if you say what kind of stuff you normally like, its easier to give suggestions that you'll actually end up liking. =D
