Most fan fictions have made up characters like that. An easy way to tell if its an OC or an actual character from the series is to look up the official site for the series, if there is one, or even look up the names in AA's character database. :)

I was looking up pictures of Kakashi and i found a site that says he has a elder sister. Aswell as naruto and sakura, the site is quizilla.com. There names are (Kakashi's sister) Hatake Kasumi,(naruto's elder brother)Uzumaki Nori, and (sakura's elder sisters)Haruno Sayuri. Is any of this true because it's alittle weird.
