Re: Halo 3 Beta
I am not sure if my friend downloaded it as of yet, Microsoft was having some issues, I believe solidsnake526 is bs'ing. I'm not. Go here. Find my gamertag in the thread (SOLID SNAKE 526 - should be the third down or so). Click my name (it is a link to my Xbox.com profile). It should say "Play...

Re: How hard is Japanese to learn (FLUENTLY)?
OK, so I exaggerated, but there are quite a few morons over here. Either way, thanks for the advice. I don't want to make it a permanent home (too far from family), but I'd like to go there even if just for a year or two (hopefully longer).

Re: Evangelion Platimum review
I've just rented the newest Evangelion release, the Platimum series volume one. I'll tell you, it is a vast improvment over the original release. For one, the colors are more vivid that before. Also, the sound has been cleaned up and enhanced. I think that it'll be a worthwhile rental or purchace. ...

How many albums are there to the Evangelion soundtrack?
I want to get it, but I've heard there are craploads more CD's than the like 3 or 4 editions that Amazon carries. Anyone know if these other CD's even exist, and if so, where they can be found?

How hard is Japanese to learn (FLUENTLY)?
I ask because I've thought of moving there for a few years or so. I've always wanted to get out of this rat hole (USA - nation of morons and lobbyists for the most part) and go to a technologically advanced nation. Britain is the second choice because...well, I speak the language...

Re: Disturbia
It was actually pretty good seeing as it seemed to be a stereotypical "thriller" movie. It had lots of random funny parts (even if they weren't trying to be funny), but it was still pretty good. I liked Spider-Man 3 alot more, but that's another story...

Where can I find the NGE mangas in ENGLISH?

I'm somewhere between metal (namely symphonic metal like Nightwish), classic rock (gotta love the Floyd ), and classic (thanks to NGE).

Re: Concerts you plan on going to:
I missed the only one I cared about:
Roger Waters' "In The Flesh" tour. The tickets were $175 each when I checked, and the "cheap seats" (everything else) were gone.

Re: re: Why Rei?
Rei is more interesting because she's dead serious, philosophical, introverted, and strange. But strange in the sense that it's nearly impossible to fully understand her. agreed, Rei actually has a brain, as were Asuka doesnt :heh: No, she does. She's just screwed up in every way possible (that I c...

Rei doesn't really count, she isn't a straight-up Angel. Kaworu only counts because...well, he did what the Angels do - tried to kill people and cause the Third Impact...
