You can pick kanji for your name syllable by syllable if you want to put a lot of time into it and hunt down special meanings. Then you could use the katakana above the kanji (making it furigana) to show the pronounciation. But that's just for fun, it really wouldn't make much sense to native Japan...

The only thing close to a kanji for those names is for Valkery, and thats only if you choose to pronounce it "baakuuri"

The kanji for "kegai no tami" is 化外の民; shortened from "matsurowanu" (まつろわぬ) that goes in front of it. I couldn't find any kanji for "matsurowanu", just hiragana. Now that the "kegai" part has kanji, you can see the 化 refers to change, transformation, or influ...
