Ash not to return?

In autumn the new season of pokemon will be starting and it is unconfirmed if Ash and the group will return or not. The new character is the female character from the d/p games. How do you guys feel towards this?

She's named Hikari and wants to be a Pokemon Cooridinator.
Ash has become more of a side character and from the few episodes I've seen of the new series, he's acting a little bit like Misty, when she first came in. He also gets a new rival and Gary comes back.

Ash won't be the main char anymore?? I mean I'm not that big of a fan of him but still.. isn't it a bit too much that they've created yet another season of pokemon? And how they're replace Ash with a girl is just so lame. They're just doing it cuz pokemon have been airing for years and I guees people got tired of it.. or they want to get more viewers who would buy the merchandice.. just lame..

I don't like the sound of that. Replacing Ash? I really don't like that... They already replaced Misty... Now they're gonna replace Ash! I can't accept it! And... I don't like the idea of Ash getting old...O___o
