Squirtle is the best Pokemon out of them. Sure, Pikachu would own his ass, but, Pikachu is overrated.
Squirtle has some pretty powerful moves.

i like pikachu because he's sweet and squirtle because i like hes glasses and i only know them two :D i dont watch pokemon.
