YOU are correct. Mia Ikumi designed Ringo for only the video game. She is fused with Humboldt Penguin DNA. I believe her little sign that shows she is a mew mew is in the shape of a tiny penguin.

*sigh* you are correct. she is part penguin and is the character from the playstation game. check wikipedia if you don't beleive me. of couse, most of the stuff on wikipedia is wrong, but they are correct on Ringo.

no actually Ringo has a mark on her upper thigh. it's in the shape of the penguin she's fused with.

as for berry, i havent TMM a la mode in awhile. i forgot. lol

I looked it up on wikipedia, it said Mew Ringo was only in the video game AND in petite mew mew in Tokyo Mew Mew a la mode, and she is a penguin, but has no mark because her necklace has mew aqua in it.
