Vuze has some anime on it, some for free under the Free Screeners channel.

They have stuff like classic Astro Boy, Ghost in the Shell, Descendants of Darkness, Fencer of Minerva, Knights of Ramune, Maze. Many of the first episodes are free to download. PC and US users only though.
