old sci fi anime

hey i saw an anime back in the late 80's and cant remember the name.
there were two factions fighting over our solar system. females and aliens, the aliens impregnated a few of the females and most of them died horribly due to child birth but at the end of the story the last female and a male human land on earth and start a new civilization.
