You know it's possible seeing as Rossette died in Chrono Crusade and she was the main. Kiba died in Wolf's Rain and he was pretty much the main. L died in Death Note and so did Rem and they were both very important characters.

The only people who say Naruto dies at the end of the series is just trying to get attention and is a liar. If he/she says that he/she has seen the Japanese version, he/she is a spewing horse crap our of their mouth.

Naruto has not ended. The manga is active, meaning its still going on.
