He killed his entire clan because he was the spy and his clan was planning a coup d'etat not only that he believe that his clan were againts themself afraid of who they are

He didnt kill his brother so that Sasuke can kill him and make a name for the clan for killing his brother and be some sort of hero.

But in my point he is neither good or evil I mean he came back to his village right after the 3rd Hokage died to pay a respect.

Madara tells Sasuke that the reason Itachi turned up after the 3rd hokages death was to show Danzo and the village elders that he was alive.

Well, those profiles where made a long time ago and it was somehow recent that he was introduced to be a good guy.
