If you could create a card (monster, spell or trap) what would it be?

Remember if it was too powerful with no drawbacks then it would likely be banned, 4 star monsters dont go much over 1900 ATK, 6 star dont go over 2500 ATK and 7+ stars over 3000 ATK unless they have a major effect drawback (except for Black Luster Soldier-Envoy, i hate that card ).

My first attempts would be..

cool huh it is the best card in the game if it were real also it would put he god cards to shame.
