Wait a second I thought there were 30? Did I miss something?

The OVAs aren't really considered episodes. Just...OVAs.

I love Wolf's Rain! Too bad that they didn't make anymore...

What? there were 30 episodes, whats with this ova stuff? they all worked together, and that was what i got.

OVA = Original Video Animation.

OVAs are considered the beginning-beginning of a storyline, or in this case, the background an anime while episodes are just showing progression through a series. OVAs take the time to explore something happening from a past event, character, etc.

The 4 OVAs in Wolf's Rain were mainly focused on the past lives of several characters. It's been a while since I've seen the series but I think the 4 OVAs were of Tsume, Toboe, Hige, and Quent's pasts I believe.

There are some who don't know that there was 4 OVAs inputed into Wolf's Rain. It's not really important whether they know or not though. Just as long as they enjoy watching.

i knew what ova's were but i never new they weren't apart of the series they were just a part of the package when i brought the dvd's so i never new they weren't apart of it.

yes there was only 26 episodes i wish there was more but i realy liked wolf's rain
