Re: What are you reading right now?
Mr. Cullen is Carlisle (I have the book with me) and I don't know how to pronounce it, but I'm pretty sure it's pronounced Carlile, like the 's' is silent. But don't quote me on that.-_-;
Re: What are you reading right now?
My friends pronounce it like that too. Did you hear they might make I movie? I don't think they should...

Re: What are you reading right now?
Yeah, I heard about the movie. The only protests I have are that I don't think they'll ever find people to capture the vampires'...uniqueness, I guess is the word. And then I have to worry how true the moviemakers would be to the story. If they jack it up as bad as they did Eragon, I think I might go on strike from movies for a while.

Re: What are you reading right now?
I have a long list. What happens with me is that I start reading a book and slowly I get bored with it, so I stop it in the middle and start reading a new one, then get bored with that one, and pick up a new one...and so on. Eventually though, I run out of new ones and I go back to the first one and pick up where I left off. I have a bad memory for everything about my life, but if you ask me what book I was reading three years ago, I can still give you quotes from it if I haven't picked it up since then.
Right now:
1.) Queen of the Damned by Anne Rice
2.) Pandora by Anne Rice
3.) Guardians of the Lost by Weis and Hickman
4.) Dragons of Summer Flame by Weis and Hickman
5.) Dragon Venom by Lawrence Watt-Evans
6.) Adventures of the Darksword by Weis and Hickman
7.) Fruits Basket (can't remember who wrote those. It's a girl, I know that.)
And for now, that's about it. ^^ I'll probably have a new one tomorrow. >.<

I can not do that. All though the Weis and Hickman books sound good. I've read some of their work. The PyroKitie wrote:I have a long list. Re: What are you reading right now?
Weis and Hickman are really good. Though I would always suggest starting with their Darksword Trilogy (and the after book Darksword Adventures). Those four books are great for getting into their writing style. Dragonlance is so huge now, it's hard to find a starting point for it. I would go for Time of the Twins, Test of the Twins, and War of the Twins. Good books. ^^ I read too much. *sweat drop*Naruko15 wrote: I can not do that. Re: What are you reading right now?
You're not alone. Have you read the Dragons of Autum/Winter/Spring books?
I've moved onto Sexy. Excellent book. (I'm rereading it.)

Re: What are you reading right now?
I can never seem to find Dragons of Spring Dawning anywhere I go. That book has been hiding from me for over a year now, I'm almost ready to just buy it online (though I hate buying online). But for now, I'm settling on Weis and Hickman's Sovereign Stone Trilogy, I'm on the second volume now (Guardians of the Lost).
Sexy? Who writes it? I've never heard of it.

Re: What are you reading right now?
My parents are scared to steal my books most of mine. >.< Mostly because yes I like fantasy books and such...but I also have a liking for romance/erotica books as well and they never know which ones are which. I'm also a romance/erotica writer...but having a large bit of writers block lately...
I'll have to look into the Joyce Carol Oates ones then. I could always stand to add another book or two to my list. ^^
