*scans her bookshelf at school* Uhhh...Since I don't think anyone can get a copy of Fundamentals of Nursing, Ed. 8, how about we try something like Sense and Sensability and Sea Monsters? I don't think anyone else wants to read Stiff...

I've always wanted to read Inferno...

Nah, but it's big enough to choke a horse with, or more fitting to me and my life, bludgeon a roommate to death with. :-"

I've read a bit of Inferno. I think it's neat. I had to explain to someone for like 8 minutes that Inferno did not REALLY take place.

Probably. There are a few books already about specific religious experiences of which they saw hell (Mary Baxter; Bill Wiese). I semi-explained to her that the "meaning" behind the Inferno (one account) was the issue of the Pope having is own army or not, and then something about the Roman Emperor...

To nominate a book, give:
(1) The Stupidest Angel: A Heartwarming Tale of Christmas Terror
(2) Christopher Moore
(3) $14.95 for the hardcover
(4) Christoper Moore is an excellent writer and his humor is outrageous. The story takes place in Pine Cove, California in the week before christmas, when a young boy sees Santa murdered and wishes for him to come back to life. It only gets better from there. The characters are funny and well portrayed.
Please, I am but a smol potate.

Im so down for this. I read like its going out of style. e.e
I felt like a race horse in a world without racetracks or a champion college footballer suddenly confronted by Wall Street and a business suit, his days of glory shrunk to a little gold cup on his mantel with a date engraved on it like a tombstone.

I'd join up if this ever gets going.
"I wrapped my Christmas presents early this year, but I used the wrong paper. See, the paper I used said 'Happy Birthday' on it. I didn't want to waste it so I just wrote 'Jesus' on it."
