My friends and I were obsessed for about a month after reading the first book. (about winter two years ago.)

That was weird though, cause people would look at us gushing over it and be like, "WTF is that? You're getting excited about a book!?"

Believe me, you weren't the only ones.

Three of my friends recommended it to me and I saw a ton of ppl caryying the books around in the hallways- prob. the only series that most ppl have read in their lives, lol.

OK! OKOKOKOKOK.........

I'll admit that the movie wasn't as bad as I thought... maybe even decent.

But Edward's hair was ugly as [censored]. [-X

See? You gotta watch the movie to really know.

Lmao, apparently fan girls are obsessed with his hair.. I think his hair's sexy...

Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) on The Ellen Show. (funny, interesting interview)

His hair is so dirty though. I was expecting Edward to look more like Tom Cruise in Interview with a Vampire.

I was at the movies with my friends two weeks ago, and we were watching the previews when the Twilight one came on. We all thought it was lame.

I read the first book and thought it was pretty mediocre, and then I watched the preview again and I still think it's lame.

I guess I have to go and see the movie now! Kristen Stewart as Bella is a good choice, except her voice is annoyingly low. The best casted character was Alice Cullen. She looked exactly like I pictured her (I checked who the cast was after reading the book). Robert Pattinson as Edward...random. He was the best out of the choices, I just pictured Edward a bit more muscular, lol.

hmmm, I hope the movie isn't so bad. =o

Well, it's true. =o

I liked Alice, too. <.< Robert had the build I thought Edward would have, and the face kinda, but I expected him to be more charming, and less ugly hair! D<

I could not finish the book no matter how many times I picked it up (which was a lot, lol)

Robert was what I envisioned about Edward- pale, chiseled facial features, slightly muscular(without being bulky, bleh!) brooding, awkward

Edward is okay, but he is definately no Lestat, but then Meyer comes nowhere near the greatness of Anne Rice or any other author like Annette Klause or Amelia Atwaters, etc.

Markie_G, were you watching the right movie? >_O

Your comment was like calling Harry Potter (movie.. any of the movies, or the movies overall) a chick flick! :heh:

'kay I'm going to shut up now. Nobody lecture me "Everyone's entitled to his/her own opinion." I know that. I just wanted to say something.
