I went and saw it. And minus my distaste for most things Matt Damon, this one was pretty good.
Anyone else see it yet?

Re: The Adjustment Bureau
Not yet. Commercials made it look kind of silly, so I was gonna wait for DVD.
Re: The Adjustment Bureau
You know, I originally thought it was going to be a government conspiracy film. (I study political science and I have a strong distaste for conspiracies). I was listening to my talk radio show and the host was interviewing the Director. Apparently, he had wanted to originally be a Professor of Political Science or Philosophy (and has started his work on a doctorate for political science) but he decided he would be happier writing for a larger audience. So, he wrote this screenplay (based upon Philip K. Dick's short story--the Adjustment Team) and they liked it so he got to produce this.

I wanted one too. Wasn't it funny when the guy goes, "Who in the heck rides a bus everyday for 3 years to get to work? Who does that anymore?" It was hilarious. The Brown-Eyed Boy wrote:so after being delayed for like, a week, i finally saw it on the 19th. It was freaken awesome. That is one of the best movies I've seen in a while. I'd like to read the story, but it is not in print anymore it would seem.

Holy [censored] hell. This movie blowed harder than a [censored] whore! I mean, maybe it's just me but the movie was terrible! The trailer makes you think it's all hardcore, action packed, mysterious and whatnot. But turns out it's just another romance story but this time with a twist! Oooh -_- I hated the movie. It was just terrible how it all played out. I mean, the idea was good but the director [censored] up. But there's still hope! In 30 years someone will remake the movie and it will be grand!! Hopefully :/
