Rinbu Revolution - Utena
Kinda no panse - Silent Möbius
Zankoku na tenshi no TE-ZE - Neon Genesis Evangelion
Haruka Kanata - second Naruto opening
I don't speak a word japanese and I'm not that much into j-pop, but I love good themesongs (and thanks to animelyrics.com there's always a translation somewhere ).

I'm a fan of instrumentals myself.
Tank!, opening of Cowboy Bebop
H.T., opening of Trigun
The opening to Najica: Blitz Tactics
Other songs I'm fond of are:
Driver's High, first opening of GTO
Sakura Saku, opening of Love Hina
Logos Naki World, opening of Hellsing
Towa no Hana, opening of Ai Yori Aoshi
Shell, opening of Witch Hunter Robin

Yes "Sakura Saku" - I like the slow version the cast sings during one of the last episodes.
No opening songs, but the duel choruses in Utena are suberb. I find myself quite often humming "Zettai unmei mokushiroku" while climbing stairs.
And I just remember to mention Aika. I don't like the show (pointless pantieshots; they could have made something out of the story), but I tune in when one of the countless reruns starts to catch the opening.

Ah, Silent City. I still prefer Najica's music (mostly performed by Diligent Circle of Ekoda), especially the self-titled opening. It seems to have a better feel.
I prefer the original version of Sakura Saku, sung by good ol' Megumi Hayashibara, who also sings all the openings for The Slayers. I like the first two openings, Get Along and Give a Reason, but I'm not so fond of the third one, Breeze.
I deifnitely like The Pillows' Ride on Shooting Star as well.

I prefer Najica over Aika in general - it has the better plot. Although I've only seen one episode... Just thought it would be worth mentioning that even a weak show can have a good theme song.
Yes, the "normal" Sakura Saku version is great and I like to listen to it (it's fast and gives you a good mood) - I just think it's funny to hear characters starting to sing (or hum) their own theme song within the show. Happened on Nadia or Xena for example. As for Fushigi Yuugi I have to say I started to fast forward the opening, but then a friend gave me a version of the song (too lazy to search up the title I just forgot) that's sounds like a big orchestra version - still with lyrics.

The Battle Angel closing is "Cyborg Mermaid".
The themes for New Dominion Tank Police are "Just Go Beyond Time" (OP) and "Just Falling Love" (ED).

Thanks. I should've added these themes, but I didn't think of them at the time:
You're the Worst - Tenchi Muyo! GXP ending theme
Talent for Love and The Lonely Moon - Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki ending themes.
Tenchi in Tokyo opening and ending themes, although I haven't got a clue what the titles are (maybe WhoWantstoKnow might help)
All the themes of Dirty Pair Flash: Missions 1-3 (again, the titles escape me)

Right now I'd have to say...
Tank!-Cowboy Bebop opening
Change the World-InuYasha opening 1
I Am-InuYasha opening 2
Owarinai Yume-InuYasha opening 3
(ya...I'm going overboard...)
Grip!-InuYasha opening 4
But so far, I'd have to say...
Angelus-InuYasha opening 6
...is my favorite. Yes, I know, I'm hooked on InuYasha. (Hey! I made a corny saying! XD)
And just WHERE do I get all these songs?
...a French website.
But still! You can understand just enough to listen to the music.
