I'm sure you are all familiar with those watered-down, no-talent, pseudo-Christian Pearl Jam knockoffs that opened the door for the [censored] radio rock we have today and is reuniting. Apparently they have finally been officially declared the worst band to walk the Earth. Even Google says so

they are poser metal they try to be metal but suck at it. but i think the worst band is headley it made me laugh when this preppie girl at my school said on facebook to me.she likes the punk bands headley and nickelback are you joking i said listen to some real punk like sum 41, rise against, green day, gob, rancid, nofx, less than jake , sublime, the offspring, billy talent, reel big fish, ten second epic, mairanus trench, fall out boy,hit the lights or cute is what we aim for. she said i don't know most of those bands and the ones are do are too hardcore exept fall out boy( she must know their new stufff their emo pop crap the old stuff is real punk). she must know green day, sum 41, billy talent and marianus trench how are any of those anywhere close to black flag or any 80's hardcore.

They're poser grunge, not poser metal. I've never heard them even try to be metal (they actually took out the metal influences that were present in Pearl Jam's music). Alter Bridge (same band, different singer) might be metal, but Creed never was. Creed is a shitty post-grunge band that takes the most commercial elements of Pearl Jam's music and turns it into shitty formulaic pop-rock with an ugly, talentless drunk as the singer who thinks he's Jesus. Alter Bridge is actually decent and Myles Kennedy is a great singer.

And a guy who likes Linkin Park is in no position to be calling anything "poser metal"

To an extent. Taste is subjective, but quality is not. There are objective factors that come into play in determining a band's quality. Those factors don't exactly work in Creed's favor.
