Alchemy For the Good of the State.

State Alchemists have always been a vital part to the military and its oporations. This building, the State Alchemist Headquarters, is built in honor of the most important part of our military. No longer shall the State Alchemist be scattered about. Now you have your own building, your own offices, your own workplace. State Alchemy will now have its own center in the heart of Central, and we hope this building will do our great heros justice. Please sign the roster so we can be sure all State Alchemist have come and recieved their new uniforms.
