The pocketwatch

Post by Dolly »

Hello,

I just finished watching the series, yet I still have a question about Ed's pocket watch. What is the meaning of the date he inscribed into the cover? Thanks!

I believe it was to remind him of when they burned down their house so they wouldn't forget. Though I could be wrong =|

although the year's diferent of the manga's year.
In the anime they burned down their house in 1910 and in the manga they did it in 1911. :heh:
