There is if you are able to step out of your own self and see whats going on from an outside view.

But barely any crazy people can do that :D

Buuuut, do what I do. Read a book, sing a song, play a game, draw, get in a club, write about it in your journal, or as many have said; get help. Bring those frustrations and anxieties out, crying and letting it out never hurt anyone. Look on the bright side of things also.

Everything might look it's worst for now, but it will pass and you will smile.
Just hang in there.

What Pyro said. Depression isn't something that can be controlled, but getting up and doing something that releases the feel-good endorphins is a good start towards managing it. That's all the drugs that are most commonly used do anyway.
