Absolute Anime

Koi shut the door then walked around to the other side. He got in and put the suitcase on the floor by his feet. He leaned forward and told the driver where they were going then leaned back. "You have your ticket right?"

"Oh, yeah. I think . . ."
Alima frowned thoughtfully for a few moments, wondering if she did have it, and saw that it was crumpled in her hand. She hadn't let go of it. Smiling, she smoothed out the wrinkled ticket and said, "See? Told you."

Koi smiled. "Just making sure hun." He rested his head against the window, not exatly the best pillow and he closed his eyes.

"Koi, are you tired?" Alima asked after noticing his action. "Or sleepy? Why don't you lean against me instead?"

Koi nodded. He wasn't going to tell her that Hiero barely let him sleep while he was away. He moved and rested his head on her shoulder his face snuggling into her neck.

"So how come you're tired?" she asked quietly as she raised a hand and gently twisted a lock of his hair around her finger.

"Hiero barely let me sleep while we were away. To much to do were his words." Koi muttered softly.

"And what exactly did he make you do?" she pressed, curious for answers.

"training" He mummbled. "hours and hours"

"Hiero's weird," she muttered with a scowl. "Training for what?"

Koi shrugged slightly. "I don't know." he wrapped his arms around Alima.

She hesitated for a moment before slowly wrapping her arms around him as well.
"You're something of a door mat, aren't you?"

"Maybe if I knew what you were talking about." He was smiling against her shoulder when he put her arms around him. MAybe she did care for him after all.

(Won't be on for a week. I can't have anyone knowing if I'm okay or not.)

"You seem to do many things with little or no question," Alima explained thoughtfully. "Remember how I got you to come to the school? You just gave up and followed."

"You were stronger then. Now your not." Koi muttered against her neck as he nuzzled it.
