Shikai ability: Inflicts a non-leathal sleep poison if hit. the more times hit, the faster you will fall asleep. Also, the same if its a deep wound. the poison is secreted from the blade, so the blade is covered in this poison.
Bankai/Resurreccion name: Kansen, Kokushibyou (infect, black death)

Bankai/Resurreccion ability: if hit, you are injected with a leathal poison that will kill within 36 hours unless givin the antidote((carried by me and 4th squad)). The deeper the wound, the faster the death. The closer to your heart, the faster the poison spreads=faster death. Also, the more times hit=faster death. but it takes a lot of hits to make the person die within a few minutes. So, but people do feel sickly when the poison starts spreading and usually stop fighting to prevent the poison spreading faster.

Bio: He took over Soi Fon's position becuase she left with Yoruichi some time when Yoruichi visited. He even went from 3rd seat to captain, skipping Omaeda, who quit afterwards because he didnt get promoted to captian. He is a laid back and lazy captain, much like Shinsui Kyoraku, except, like, 50 times lazier. Jack didnt want to be captain, even though he was nominated. He was told that he would die in a battle against Kenpachi if he didnt take things seriously. So, he ended up fighting kenpachi and winning, among other things he was tested on. So, that is how he became captian, besides the fact that he is a genious. He was able to learn his shikai's name after his first trip to the human world to preform his first Soul Burial. This was noticed right away by the teacher and he was sent to a higher class to train his Shikai. He has been in the second squad even since he graduated and has been in the second squad for about 150 years. He has only been a captian for about 5 years though.
