if you mean the OVA it isn't showing anywhere on TV to my knowledge. it just came out on DVD last month

Encore Action airs Hellsing once in awhile, They showed it last summer. Just keep a eye out for it, But they might not air it again for another three years.

As for the OVA, I'm pretty sure you'll need to buy/rent the DVDs if you want to watch it. I've seen some channels air OVAs before, but it probably won't be until all the episodes are out before Action or somebody will start airing the Hellsing OVA.

Some guy on youtube is posting up all the episodes of Hellsing. NOTE: Hellsing TV series follows the manga for the first 6 episodes. Episode 7-13 are not based on the manga.

When you get the chance check it out. But if you really want to good stuff watch the OVA's instead. The episodes again are ok but they full short of a happy meal when it comes to episode 7-13.
