bacause da ra shield blocks and deflects the spell twice as strong right back at them at first it was working but i guess its because the spell was stronger remember the wind mamodo when he got his 2nd spell(god i luv that episode it was touching powerful action and all that [censored])both spells were equally match not only that =that stoopid gay scissor mamodo spell is cutting air and slices his opponets it hit da shield and cut through it or sumthing?? and finally a greyish book white silver or whatever da hell it was
