Zatch Bell: Mamodo Fury Arcade Mode

There's one thing I've been wondering for a very long time. How in the heck do I unlock Arcade Mode in Zatch Bell: Mamodo Fury? I read online that you have to have 40 battles in single player Vs. Mode, but I swear I must've had about 100 so far just trying to get it. I also read somewhere else online that you have to have every character for Vs. Mode (including Victoream), but I already do and I still don't have it. I honestly don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just that my game is screwed up somehow, but I can't find the answer to my problems anywhere. Could someone please help me out here? Thanks.
