I've been gone for a wee while, and for the newer members I'm the guy that founded this Japanese forum.

Anyway, NEWS! I have been awarded a scholarship to Osaka International University, which starts at the end of march, so I will make a point of popping in from time to time and imparting pearls of wisdom and the latest anime/manga news upon you all.

Also, school has finally finished for the year, so for a couple of months I will be able to moderate like I used to. LOL!~ (I was possibly THE slackest mod in the history of this website)

Anyway, I guess I should have some sort of Japanese in this thread, so here goes...

だらけ - darake, this is a cool little grammar from, and is put directly on to an noun, and works like a noun itself. It means "covered with", "surrounded by" or "crawling with"... you get the idea.

Lets take a look at some example sentences

人だらけの図書館です
hito darake no toshokan desu
It's a library full of people

酒だらけの店です
sake darake no mise desu
It's a shop with heaps of alcohol

その所へ行きたくない、学生だらけからです
sono tokoro e ikitakunai, gakusei darake kara desu
I don't want to go to that place, it's crawling with students
