Mhhhh...I really like Togusa.
He seems like the most down to earth character while still being able to kick ass.
He is also a hank,
as much as an anime character can be. He is however super badass in Solid State Society.

Kuze was really kool. I liked the structure of his character,
for example the fact he couldnt move his mouth because of his sculptured face.

They're funny, lovely, they have an astounding developement through the two series... I loved them!

You have a good point, the Tachikoma are damn kool.
Tachikoma days is always something to look forward to after the show has ended.

Batou's Tachikoma was the best, in a way it had more of a personality than the others
