Strongest ever??? All naruto experts need to help me!!!

hi everyone, im starting a quest to find out who is the strongest ninja in naruto history!!!!

my opinion is either tsunade or itachi

im going to give u a list of canidates from who i think is strongest to weakest. so everyone give me some feedback and maybe ur own list. here it is

1. itachi, super young, great control over his sharinghan, look what he did to kakashi

2. gaara, i know this must be crazy, but he has the sand demon inside him and has super control over his sand moves and chakra, and is smnart he cant really improve he can only learn more jutsus

3. orochimaru, can do crazy things with his tongue, and has many forbidden jutsus including one where he can take over people's bodies and steal people's faces, and can bring people back from the dead and controll them

4.3rd hokage in his prime, look what he did to orochimaru at the age of 69, he also mentored the 3 legendary sannin!!! orochimaru just edges him a bit

5. tsunade, super human strength, that medic stuff she can do, and she can do multip;e clone jutsus, and shes sexy for a 50 year old

6. jariya, i wonder if he ever peaked at tsunade when she was getting dressed or undressed

7. 4th hokage, the father of naruto and just seemed like a better pick than the other hokages i didnt put on here yet

8. 1st hokage, was a master using his chakra to make plants come alive and do his bidding and he was a master at tai jutsus

9. kakashe, might be a stretch putting him above the second hokage but with him behing so young and able to copy just about anything he would take care of the 1st and 2nd hokage easily , not to mention he's a student of orochimaru

10. 2nd hokage, seemed like a sensible pick probaly because he invented most of the water jutsus and is the brother of the first hokage and mentor of 3rd hokage

11. naruto after he learned to completely control his own chakra and the fox's chakra, i really like this pick simply because he has unlimited chakra!!! can clone anything he wants too, can do rasenghan, and can summon that giant frog!!! those are all jutsus he shouldnt be able to do at his age.

12. sasuke after he learns to control his curse mark, the lightning blade and chidori arent stronger than naruto's rasenghan, and he cant do what itachi can do with his sharringhan yeat and naruto can easily dodge his various fire style justsus

THATS ALL IM DOING FOR NOW SO PLEASE comment on this topic and help me figure out who is the best ninja ever in the show, naruto's history!!!

Of all time the most powerful is Madara (Tobi) followed by I'd say Yondaime

i'd actually say the first... i mean his ability itself allowed him to suppress the tailed demon's powers, and by far the largest area affect techniques in Konoha... he could create an entire forest if he wanted!

eather the 4th or the 3rd in his prime, the 3rd was said to know every technique in konoha, includeing the previouse hokage's, and even more, so in his prime i think he'd be the strongest.

but from people not on your list, i'd have to say shikamaru, he has the potential to be stronger than anyone else, so far, he was the only one able to kill a akastuki member all by himself, and he even tricked him into partly killing his partner for good measure. so if he actually trained he'd definatly be better than anyone else.

Kakashi is the student of Yondaime the 4th hokage, not Orochimaru. -__-

As for strongest that we've seen so far, I'd say Yondaime and then Sandaime. Akatsuki's leader, Pein, is probably crazy powerful as well. We haven't seen him fight yet though. Same goes for Madara. We still have yet to see what he can do.

Hmm...that's true, Gai can open chakra gates. But a 30% Kisame clone was keeping up with Gai when he had gates open. And Kisame isn't the strongest Shinobi in Naruto.

Keep in mind that the difference in gates is exponential. Gai has shown what, 5 gates, 3 gates? (Memory's a little sketchy there but still...). The 8th gate makes the user well above the level of the hokages even.
