Bottling Emotion (poem)

My first what I believe to be more of a serious poem.

Bottling Emotion

You feel the tears,
escape they cannot,
You're scared of your fears,
your mind they rot.
Happiness is lost,
to a feeling of sadness,
You feel as cold as frost,
not one bit of gladness.
The World becomes an enemy,
you strive to survive,
It feels like an epidemy,
good feelings take a dive.
You know you're depressed,
and show no emotion,
Keeping your feelings repressed,
feels like an ocean.
No-one to tell,
in fear they'll reject,
This person from hell,
so your heart you protect.

It's very good. Has a good flow, and everything ryhmes while making sense.

I must say, I did have to look up the word epidemy because it didn't sound right (Thought you were trying to say epidemic), but I stand corrected

Yeah, I wasn't so happy when I wrote it. Have a lot of things going on. But meh it made me feel better writing it

I like this one allot, quite allot of poems I do not get to the end of, but this had nice flow which I like. The way it ended was also nice. Good work I hope you keep up the good work, I should post some of my poems up here.

i think thats what happenes to a lot of my poems. XD! people go "way too long!" XD! oh well. those that read them know theyre worth the read. =]

and i dig this one scorpz. sad, but i understand the emotion behind it.
