Yep!
They're pretty good...only most of their videos are really hard to hear since they're live.
Free the Bee is probably my favorite from what I've heard.

Re: Melt Banana
I noticed the title had banana in it, so naturally I had to take a look. To my surprise I found a music band and No food =(. I must say this band is rather interesting

Re: Melt Banana
Hm, so I just got done checking them out, and I'm having a hard time thinking of a good place to begin.
First and foremost, I do understand this type of music. I've indulged in many experimental bands, so it's impossible to take me off guard with music. I have heard a few noise rock bands, although I never really knew what genre they really fit in with (Now I know).
They remind me a lot of a band called The Locust, mixed with a little bit of Ghengis Tron. Kinda all over the road, but not in a bad way. I listened to a few of their songs (Spathic, Tapirs Flown Away, and Mind Thief to be specific), and I'm not real sure.
Noise Rock in general seems to me like grindcore screamo. Grindcore in musical score, screamo in vocals.
On that note, I couldn't really get into Melt Banana. I think it's the vocals that killed it for me. Not really my style. Interesting nevertheless. I guess I gotta be in a specific mood. Every once in a while my playlist will skip to The Locust or Test Icicles and it's a pleasant change, but usually after the song is done I'm ready for something a bit more linear.

"Yeah, that's right. Turd Ferguson. It's a funny name."
Re: Melt Banana
This type of music just pulled a heart string for me and I still cant firgure out why.
While I dont agree on your grindcore screamo thoery, I will agree its on a league of its own.

I like my bananas solid. Sorry.
Decisions to decisions are made and not bought, but I thought this wouldn't hurt a lot. I guess not.
