I'm bored, so its time to make a half-baked idea into an RP!

Long ago, there was an ancient civil war in an ancient city. What started this war was the Queen mysteriously dying. Her personal bodyguard and her Knight blamed each other. Her bodyguard was really the Queens personal assassin, who watched her from the shadows. The Queens Knight had a problem with an assassin being the personal Bodyguard to the Queen,besides the fact that assassins are the complete opposite of knights in just about all aspects of their jobs. Both the Assassin and the Knight loved the Queen, and everyone knew about it. The Queen loved both men as well. Well, the night the Queen died, she had been acting weird. Because both men loved her, and didnt want to admit that it was their own faults, they blamed each other, and even accused each other of killing the Queen. Not only was the reason the Queen died never found out, but the civil war ended that great city and the war had never truly ended.

Now, for some reason, many centuries later, the souls/spirits of the people involved in that war got reincarnated. And just out sheer "luck", they all attend the same high school.

The Knight is now the Student Body president, who follows the rules. He does bend them when he can, but he follows the rules and wont let anyone who breaks them get away with it.

The Assassin, is now a delinquent because he doesnt like to follow the rules.

The Assassin and the Knight are the two strongest individuals in the school and each of them have people who follow them((the other people involved in the war))

The Assassin and the Knight each have 1 devoted follower who is their best friend and will never betray them. Everyone else can change sides anytime they want, but keep it within reason.

You dont even have to pick a side. If you want, you can be a mercenary, and fight for the highest bidder.

Everyone who a character has a reincarnated soul and remembers what their past life was when they were in the war.

The Queen was also reincarnated into the body of a girl. For some reason, she is the only person who doesnt remember anything. The Queen thinks she is just a normal, everyday girl.

Everyone involved with the war knows which girl is the Queen. The Assassin and the Knight's characters are still in love with the Queen, and the Queen is in love with them.

The Queen is free to choose whichever side she wants, or, she can fall in love with a different character.

This isnt the only plot line. There will be an epic plot twist, explaining why all the souls were reincarnated and why the Queen cant remember anything at all about her past life. Eventually, the Queen will get her memories back, as well as some powers that only the Queen can have. The Queen will not be a totally useless character.

The Queen's character knows that the Assassin and Knight hate each other and can tell that there is something going on between them and all the other people who seem to be friends with them.

Magic is allowed, but you can only specialize in 1 type of magic(elemental, or non-elemental)

Booster/Support(non-elemental)
Poison(non-elemental)
Cursing(Opposite of Support, non-elemental)

Fire(Mostly Attack Magic, limited Shielding)
Water(Half Attack, half Shielding)
Earth(All Shielding Magic, strongest Shielding Magic)
Plant(Half Healing, half Poison)
Ice(Mostly Shielding, limited Attack)
Lightning(All Attack Magic, strongest Attacking Magic)

No Holy/Light Magic
No Darkness/Necrotic Magic

The Assassin and the Knight's characters get no magic because their bodies retained their strength from their past lives. They cant pick up cars, but they can hold their own with MMA fighters.

Let your characters take some hits, and you can dodge some too, just not all of them
In order to keep destruction low, and people who dont know about the war safe, all magical fights are in a field that is a few miles away from the school. Anyone doing physical/non-magical fights can fight anywhere that isnt in or near the school or innocent people. So abandoned buildings are find for physical fights.

I'm officially withdrawing from this thread. I've volunteered to help moderate another role playing community with people I know that is starting back up again.

since it's a dedicated role playing site the play is much more serious than it is here. We have standards for an in depth character application, basic history, some stats, and post length of at least 1.5 paragraphs.
