I actually thought Kakashi's voice was just fine, and have gotten comments from my friends to much the same effect; he's a little more "teacherly" than before, but he still has the bored, super-confident edge to him.

I don't think it needs to be deeper. He has a lean build not normally associated with a deep voice. Besides, he's only 25.
