Ok Ok. Don't get worked up.

anyway, i like the new system as both Mods and Users can have a say in who would suit becoming a mod if another one is needed.

Yeah thats pretty much why he made it that way. So he could come there whenever he needs a moderator and then pick the one he see's most suitable. It also saves him alot of time instead of having to look trough alot of PMs and reply to all of them. Its a very good thing, then perhaps Webmaster can have some more time for AA's improvements instead of answering alot of moderator application PMs and replying

*Nods in agreement* Even if it does make it much harder to become a mod...

My application is quite successful. I'm quite glad of it, I didn't think I was this popular!!

3. Moderators have less freedom in posting, as they must be extra kind and respectful to people in order to set good examples, even when dealing with jerks and stupid people.

I do not see Mods being very respectful. I won't mention any names. But I did just come into a chat and a user is being called immature, and a hypocrite and the mod is using the users age in the fight.

Is that respectful?
Now that I've settled down a bit, got knowledge of the land and have a routine set up I can finally get back to doing what I wanna do most... Can someone tell me what that is?
