CONFUSION PLEASE HELP, NARUTO EXPERTS COME HERE!

I'm new to watching Naruto, only a few shows watched. on this kids channel (cartoonnetwork) i've watched a few episodes of Naruto. Sasuke is in several of these, but when i go on cartoonnetwork.com, they show only 18 episodes with one showing Sasuke die. I read the summaries for the other 17 episodes, nothing about the Naruto shows i've watched on the actual TV channel. This probably means the episodes i've watched are past episode 18, yet how is Sasuke alive in the ones i watch? did he manage to survive, come back to life? if you know, i NEED to know. confused by my question? heres a summary:

watched naruto on cartoonnetwork/.com, saw episode where sasuke died (episode 16 in crystal ice mirrors). also saw episodes i think are after episode 16 with sasuke alive in them. i need to know how he is alive again.

sasuke didn't actually die. If cartoonnetwork said that they probably did it for the suspense reasons until you watched the rest of the episodes i guess.

Um, NO, Sakura thought Sasuke was dead but in fact he wasn't.

It's probably the one where Haku hits the needles and then just like rox says Sakura thinks Sasuke is dead.

Yeah, Haku used his bloodline ability, fired tons of needles, and *killed* Sasuke, and wounded Naruto. That was a good episode, only for the Kakashi/Chidori scene afterwards.

yeah just a fake death...kinda like what Haku did to Zabuza in episode 8(?) only more pin-cushionie haha sauske the pin cushion...*takes out the anti-raging fangirl shield* as for the dub its voices okay considering the personalites of the characters...the only probelm is naruto's believe it" because of jap naruto's unique "Dattebayo", its a voice to mouth matching thing

Naruto has this unique way of speaking where he says "Dattebayo" at the end of almost every single sentence so to compensate in the dubbed version he says "believe it" unfortantly he says dattebayo when hes starved of attention or in battle meaning espically in the firts episode every other two words is "believe it"
