DB vs DBZ

Which do you prefer? I personally liked DB better than DBZ. DBZ is ovverated and DBGT is overdone.

This is actually quite tough for me. Overall, I prefer DBZ because it has Vegeta in it and the Saiyan saga was good as well.

Dragonball is alot better in my book... The storyline was catching (King Piccolo anyone?) And Goku as a kid just can't be beat. DBZ is an interesting watch if you enjoy endless fighting with minimal story, but DBGT is complete and udder crap...

I have seen very little of DB while I've seen all of DBZ and read the manga for it. My obvious answer is DBZ because there is more fighting in it than DB.

DBGT? That show was crap and disgraced DBZ. I don't even want to talk about how horrible it is.

I also forgot to mention that DBZ having fusion characters was also a factor in my preference of DBZ over DB.

DBGT could have been so much more in my opinion.......

Indeed. DBGT had huge potential but since the creator wasn't Toriyama-sensei or someone competent it sucked and failed horribly at life which is why its success was extremely low in Japan.

definitly dragonball, DBZ has too many plot hole (most made by the USA edits) and fights are too drawn out but it does have some cool charaters(trunks, the andriods). dragonball is funny and full of adventure.

I prefer Dragonball but it's no slight against DBZ. DBZ coulda used more emperor Pilaf, though.

IMO, DB is a joke and i don't really like it, seeing that im a destructive and agressive kind of person when it comes to fights, DB just doesn't have much of that. So I prefer DBZ seeing every single fight is action packed and not to mention really cool. But i guess i'd watch DB if i had nothing else to do, just to clear things up i dont HATE this seires i just don't enjoy it as much as some of you do.

i would use the frames from DB to wipe my ass thats it. Its got crappy jokes, humor, and storyline. DBZ is far better. The concept of an action manga/anime is too have action. DBZ has it DB doesn;t. End of sory. Period.
