You all may as well ax this thing right now May is no longer going to be a member of Ash's team. She's going to be replaced later on by another girl named Hikari.
How do I know because I've seen the subs and I know for a fact that Max and May leave Ash and Brock.
Max turns 10 at the end of this season and goes on his own pokemon adventure.
May leaves with Drew and the two go off to Johto to enter some big contest or whatever.

So in a nutshell May heads to Johto for the contests there, and Ash and Brock head off to Sinnoh, a new region, where they met Hikari, a newbie trainer who just started her journey and who wants to become a Pokemon Coordinator like her mother.
How do I know because I've seen the subs and I know for a fact that Max and May leave Ash and Brock.
Max turns 10 at the end of this season and goes on his own pokemon adventure.
May leaves with Drew and the two go off to Johto to enter some big contest or whatever.

But anyways, I would choose Misty over May. I like May and all and yes she was nice but Misty was more my type. :p
