Hey, Ken, I have a serious problem that is partially my fault.

I have an old account on here. In fact, you might recognise me, I am a moderater with the current username Lucia Skyfire. The username that I am using right now on this account is one I have used before with my old account pretty much.

Now, I had tried to access this account a short while ago, but found that the password was changed. Thus, naturally, I requested it be reset and sent to my email address.

To my horror, I find that I can no longer access that email address.

the old email that I cannot access is whitedragon_000@hotmail.com, it has been unused for a short while now. I have a new email; lucia_skyfire@hotmail.co.uk, is there any way you can assist me?

I would very much like to resume my daily efforts on these forums, so I eagerly await a response.

I can help by changing the email address on the account, but two accounts cannot share the same email address so you will need another one.

I have a new pair of email addresses, this account is under one of them and will need deleting after I can access my old one.

I'm having problems sending PM's. Every time I try to send one, something pos up saying that the requested user doesn't exist. Now, I've checked and the people I tried sending things to are still very much active on this site, so obviously they do exist. I've even tried PMing myself, which has always worked in the past, and it still says that the selected user doesn't exist. What's the problem?

Very strange. I've had no problems sending private messages. Anyone else having problems?

yes, I have noticed the problem as well

the exact error that shows up is

"The requested users to be added do not exist."

And it still doesn't work on my end.

Hey Ken! Webmaster! It's Shining Star! I can't log in to my account and I was on it like three days ago so it wasnt like I was inactive.

I'm one of the mods on here as well as you know and I've been here since Jan. 18th 2005 so I've been here awhile, so could you please help me out with reaccessing my account. I've tried everything and I can't login.

When that's all said and done it would be great if this account could be deleted (the one I'm using right now) cause I don't need two. I only made this one to contact you becuase I didn't know how else to do so.

The email address on my old one for Shining Star is: otakumetalhead@yahoo.com and it's still active. I hope you can help me out on this because I really would love my old account back. Thanks.

The Shining Star account is showing as active, so you should be able to log in. Try clearing your cache and cookies.

right, i regesterd two days ago now and i still havn't got and email to complete can someone help.....................plz

Looking at newly registered users, I'm assuming you would be The_Akatsuki_Wolf. I show that the email was sent, but that it was bounced back with the following error message "delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account"

yeah i am, but i do have that email account. i will regester again with my other email and make a new user name, see if that works.

Nope, that didn't work either. I just got a bounced email with the same error message: "This user doesn't have a yahoo.com account" followed by the email address which I won't post here for privacy reasons.

I manually sent you an email to that address, so see if you get it and see if you can respond to it.
