Yes, but I suck, because I only have the Paint Program and the Window Picture Editor. I don't have the good programs like PhotoShop and stuff.

heh ei got photo shop... but i have no good fonts... so it's a 70/30

luckily the blue fog helps hide my poor editing of Kakashi on Ichigo's head
