Absolute Anime

Hooray for Yuhi and Soushi! I think the ending was diferent in the manga than the anime. I thought Aya died!

Nope, Aya didn't die. I didn't read the whole manga but I watched all the anime, so I know that Aya didn't die in the anime. As for the manga, I have no idea. The anime finale was so touching especially the last part where you can see Aya with her big belly, Toya, and Aya's mother. Aya was pregnant with Toya's baby but he knew that he is not going to live long, so he asked Yuhi to take care of Aya and the baby. It was so sad. T_T I loved the opening theme of Ayashi No Ceres.

Yeah, that was so cute, and I don't think Aya died, I don't know for the manga though ^_^

No, I thought she died because in the final volume she got stabbed by that one guy, but Toya saved her.

Yup, he saved her and she didn't die. I liked Ayashi No Ceres but I kinda liked Fushigi Yugi more. What do you guys think?

Hmm...... I liked Ayashi better than Fushigi, I think, but their both good. XD

Ayashi was more darker than Fushigi. Yuhi was so cute! I kinda liked the fact that Ayashi was sorta realistic with Aya getting pregnant.

I agree that Ayashi No Ceres is darker than Fushigi Yugi. I liked Aya more than Miaka. Miaka is kinda annoying but I like her somehow. I liked Yui, the Priestess of Seiryu, much more than Miaka.

Yuhi is cute and so is Yui's boyfriend but I cannot remember his name.

Forgot his name, too! Miaka was too perky. Aya is somewhat more realistic character.

Yup, Aya is more realistic and down to earth. She is even more beautiful than Miaka. Ahh! You reminded me of Ayashi No Ceres. I think I will re-watch it. I am glad that I got the DVDs. The opening theme "Scarlet" of Ayashi No Ceres is beautiful. I buy any work of Yuu Watase. She is one of my favorite mangakas.

"Scarlet" evokes a tragic, beautiful feeling that seems to envelope the theme of Ayashi. It's beautiful! I only have one DVD that my friend got me. I don't really like it. It's the one when Chidori dies.

The episode of Chidori's death was so, so sad I wanted to cry. It was so sad when Yuhi was trying to save her. She was so sweet and so in love with Yuhi. I think he started to fall in love with her at the end. The sight of him crying over her was so heart wrenching. T_T

I have the complete DVD collection of Ayashi No Ceres. I bought it two years ago.

I know, that's so sad.... Come to think of it, Ayashi focused on sad ideas.

Yeah, but that's what made it rather realistic. It was graphic, too. Certain pages really made me cringe.
