It's really quite easy to figure out y' know, see first, you look at the topic title which is: "what is popo or what ever his name is" even though it has very poor grammar it still gives a clue to what the topic is about, which is, if you haven't guessed already: Mr Popo.

ok people Mr. Popo is a black guy and he look like that cause that is how majority of the black people are portrayed in the show. if you don't believe that then go back to goku and krillen's training with roshi on Dragonball- i think it shows other black people when they are delivering milk


and whoever said that they met when kami took over as guardian was right

p.s. no one take offense of my use of the phrase black people because i myself am black, and since i don't think the story takes place in america i couldn't call them african american

i dont think so, so if hes human why has he been living for so long and not only that there is no blue people in the world so how will you explain pilaff i dont think hes human put then again roshi is 300 sumthing
