Well, there are so many that are really perverted I don't know where to begin...
Miroku is the biggest one, although there are quite a number of very close second place guys...
- Fukuyama from Girls Bravo
- Danbei from the 1990 Cutey Honey
- Bento Katana from Quagmire, U.S.A.
After seeing Girls Bravo 2, I change my vote. Fukuyama is the biggest pervert, with Miroku second.
