Well, Kikyo's OK, but without her, the whole story would shatter. Kikyo would never have the Shikon no Tama. Inuyasha would never get pinned to a tree. Naraku (or should I say Onigumo) would have died, thus having no villian for the story, the Shikon no Tama wouldnt have been born inside Kagome, thus making her unable to go to the feudal era.

So some people might hate Kikyo, but no her, no story and so to me, she's not so bad if you think about it that way.

ok, in the begining I liked Kikiyo (thats how it should be spelled by the way), but now it's just like- FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, JUST LET THE BLOODY WOMAN DIE ALREADY!

She is already dead geez. And that is NOT how you spell it. Thats just how it is pronounced in the English version. In the Japanese version, its pronounced Kikyo. The English cast pronounce a lot of names wrong. eg. Nar-AARR-ku. [-X

i'm not talking about prononciation, I'm talking about spelling, it's spelled Kikiyo, using the hiragana Ki + hiragana Ki + hiragana yo. but yeah, it is prononced kikyo.
and I know she's dead already, but why do they keep her around all the time, it gets slightly annoying.

OK, lets say its spelt Kikiyo. Not that I'm accusing you or anything, but why, whenever I watch Inuyasha in Japanese and there are English subs, I always see them say/write/whatever Kikyo, not Kikiyo.

'Cause it's simpler for the english speaking ppl to just say kikyo, but if you read the japanese manga, or the direct translations of the jpn manga (not the westernized version) you'll notice the difference.
