All email users will be charged for the services. The preregistered users are basically reserving their name. When we activate the system they will have two weeks to finalize their account, which includes payment.

But preregistering doesn't mean you have to pay now, which is what I assumed the question was.

You are reserving the name for now. You will pay for it after February 15th when we bring the confirmation pages online.

How do you cancel it? Becuase i reserved it and I dont want it no more. lol ^-^

All reserved names will be returned to the pool of available names as of March 1st. So to cancel it, do nothing and it will happen.

Yes, you will keep your older username. In fact, the email has nothing to do with the forums.

Time is running out. Pre-registration will be closed on February 10th. Account finalization will go live on February 15th. Accounts will be open to the public after March 1st.
