Oh, Jesus, the arrogance is drowning me.
Fine then, instead of trying to help, I'll just say what I really wanted to: It's not the worst poem I've seen, but it sucks. And people who say otherwise are doing so because they are just being nice or don't know what they are talking about.

I sense a litlle jealousy in that post.
What are you? Mr. "I write the best poems in the world"? If that's true then show me some of your work. We're not complimenting her poem just so she can feel better. She writes awesome poems

Jealous? I don't write poetry. But I've had to endure English classes concerning it throughout all of high school. I don't need to be good at writing it to identify what is good poetry and what is not.
I am however irritated that she thanks everyone for the compliments but then rolls her eyes if anyone has any advice to give. As if she's written the perfect poem or something. Bull.

I'm not ragging. I'm telling you what you might want to try to make it sound better, but you obvioulsy fail at distinguishing between the two.

I've had the same problem your having now with a different user Gravy Train.
These AA poets just dont understand the value of advice.
Advice is crucial to becoming a better poet, and these AA poets damn right need to get better!! lol
They really need to change their attitudes towards advice, they need to learn to take it in. They need to actually consider what someone is saying and try and use it. Need.
Good work Gravy Train
