If I had alchemy, I'd study the wide ranges of abilities, but my main focus would probably be able to change into any form.
That way I can pull all the pranks I want, impersonating as somebody I dislike/hate and not get caught for it

Yeah, but then there's that "With great power comes great responsibility" thing. Thats why I wouldnt let people know I knew alchemy.
